Motor Vehicle Accident
on Interstate I-81 near the
70 mile marker. A
vehicle attempted to turn
around  in
the emergency lane when she
struck on coming traffic.
To avoid a bigger accident a
truck carrying heavy
equipment veered into the
median and lost his load on
the Interstate's bridge.
Call is still under
investigation.
