Feb 7th 2010 Structure Fire Shipley Ferry Road
February 8, 2010
On February 7th our department along with three neighboring departments were dispatched to a structure fire on Shipley Ferry Road. Some of the first units on scene advised fire and smoke visible. The fire is believed to have started around the fireplace. The home was not a total loss, and no one was injured. We would like to thank Avoca Fire Dept., Warriors Path Fire Dept. and Bloomingdale Fire Dept. for assisting us with this fire.

Sat Feb 6th 2010- Fatal Accident Highway 11-W
February 7, 2010
Around 9PM our department was dispatched to an accident with injuries on Highway 11W near the Highway 394 intersection. Upon arrival one victim was found near the vehicle. Troopers say the SUV ran off the road, hit a rock and then a large tree. No names have been released at this time.

February 5th Structure Fire at Misty Waters

Around 11AM on February 5th our department was dispatched to a structure fire at Misty Waters Condos. One unit at the complex was a total loss and two others were damaged. No one was injured, and the cause is still under investigation.
